Labor & Social Security Law
Our office provides consultancy and litigation services to national, international companies and individuals on individual labor law, collective labor law, social security and occupational safety. Our office lawyers regularly advise our clients regarding the demands of the employees deriving from employee rights, employment processes and labor law, and thus strives and mediates to resolve disputes through settlement as much as possible. In terms of individual clients, monitoring of the receivables deriving from labor receivables and, in case of unjust termination, monitoring of the reinstatement claims and service determination cases are performed.
Within the scope of consultancy, the primary activity areas of our offices are; projecting the HR processes of the companies; executing all legal procedures starting from employment until termination; preparing agreements, defense requrests, warning texts and relevant documents; providing labor law training to HR and relevant departments; managing the union procedures.
